Our Fundraiser for the Legal Defense Team netted $1740! YAHOOOO! Last year the foreigners trying to steal the water out on the San Augustin Plains lost their third round in trying to push their application through, and were finally "shown the door" you might say by District Judge Matt Reynolds. Then the opposition filed another appeal, and that's where it sits now - awaiting the New Mexico Court of Appeals to rule on the whole mess. Court's been delayed by the virus -
we'll keep everyone up to date as things develop.
